How we handle testing-interest information

What the form collects

The testing-interest form asks for your first name, last name, email address, and whether you’re signing up as a coach or a client. It also asks you to confirm two separate things by checking two boxes: that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you agree to receive WholeForm testing-availability emails from Kardessa Group. When you submit the form, we record the date and time of your submission and the version of the consent language you agreed to. Before your submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a check to confirm the submission is coming from a real person rather than an automated script.

Information processed automatically

Separately from anything you type into the form, visiting this site causes ordinary technical information to pass through our hosting provider, Vercel — things like your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, and timestamps and logs. Vercel processes this as needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We don’t use this technical information to build profiles of visitors or for advertising, and this site doesn’t run advertising or analytics trackers of its own.

Why we collect it

WholeForm testing isn’t open yet. We use the information you submit to keep a list of people interested in testing WholeForm, to email you when testing availability is announced, and, separately, to send occasional testing-related updates if you’ve agreed to receive them. Submitting the form doesn’t mean you’ve joined active testing, applied to become a tester, been accepted, reserved a testing spot, received early access, or been promised a testing date — it only adds you to the interest list. Please don’t include medical or other sensitive health information in anything you send us through this form; we don’t need it and haven’t built this form to handle it.

Who this form is for

The testing-interest form is for adults only. Before submitting, you’re asked to check a box confirming you are 18 years of age or older. We don’t ask for or collect a birth date, and checking this box is a self-attestation, not a verified confirmation of age — we have no way to independently verify anyone’s age from this form.

Email updates and unsubscribing

Checking the consent box on the signup form authorizes us to email you about WholeForm testing availability; it isn’t a sign-up for general Kardessa Group marketing emails. Every email we send about WholeForm testing includes a working unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you testing-related emails and update your record to reflect that, but we keep a minimal record of your original submission and your unsubscribe request — this is what lets us honor your unsubscribe going forward rather than accidentally re-adding you later. If you submit the form again after unsubscribing, we’ll ask you to reconfirm both checkboxes before adding you back to active communications.

The service providers we use

We rely on a small number of companies as service providers to run this site and the testing-interest process:

• Vercel hosts and delivers this website.
• Supabase stores testing-interest submissions and runs the server-side functions that write, notify, and report on them; submissions are only ever written by those functions, never directly by your browser.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to confirm a submission is coming from a real person rather than an automated script. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details on what it processes.
• Resend delivers the emails described above (the testing-availability confirmation, the unsubscribe confirmation, and the internal weekly summary) on our behalf.

These companies process information on our behalf, under their own agreements and privacy notices, to host the site, store and process submissions, send email, and help prevent abuse. We don’t control, and can’t make promises on behalf of, how each provider handles data beyond what its current terms and privacy notices describe.

Who can access it

Testing-interest submissions are accessible only to Kardessa Group personnel who need them to run the WholeForm testing-interest list, plus the service providers described above where needed to operate and secure the services, or where disclosure is legally required. They aren’t displayed publicly anywhere on this site, and site visitors have no way to browse or query other people’s submissions.

Sale and advertising

We don’t sell this information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or use it for targeted advertising.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submissions, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep it

We retain testing-interest submissions only as long as reasonably needed to administer the WholeForm testing-interest list, follow up with you, meet legal obligations, and resolve security issues. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record (rather than deleting it outright) so we can honor your unsubscribe request going forward. We periodically review this information and delete what we no longer need. If you ask us to delete your information, as described below, we’ll do so unless we’re required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing inquiries@kardessa.com. You can also unsubscribe from testing-related emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. We’ll honor these requests unless we’re legally required to retain the information.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we’ll update this page to reflect that. This page describes our current practice as of the date below.
